Arno Ilgner Interview

Audio - Inteviews/Profiles

"Our lives are made up of moments and minutes and seconds and days, and being present for those moments really is what brings value to our lives and happiness to our lives...."

Those were some of the thoughts from Arno Ilgner as we did our audio interview with him just a few days ago.  That interview was a slice of moments and minutes for me and I think they were well worth experiencing, and I think you will too once you listen to the interview.  Arno is an author, instructor, and a rock climber with more than thirty-five years of experience.  His book, "The Rock Warrior's Way: Mental Training For Climbers" covers his basic philosophy that he's developed through his experiences and it provides a foundation for how to approach challenges and deal with fear not only on a rock face, but also in every day living.  I had a great time talking to Arno and learned quite a bit from him about a sport that I have little knowledge of, and I also learned a few good tips about life as well.

While you're listening, you can go over and take a look at Arno's website and see some of the information and products that he has available.   Also, he has a calendar on his site that provides information about when and where his courses are in the coming months.  His website can be found at www.warriorsway.com
